I attended Alltracks 2 week improvement course beginning of April 2023.
It was the most consecutive skiing I have ever done in my life. I could really feel my skiing improving. Just imagine what a entire season would do! Compared to Japan's resorts (where I mostly skiied previously), Whistler's runs are way longer and bigger. I was originally concerned about whether I would have enough stamina to ski 12 days straight - but interestingly your body seems to adapt to it's new routine and I felt pretty good (taking it easy on partying and doing post-ski stretching helped, I'm sure).
Transporation
Alltracks provided transport to/from the airport. But since I had a different departure time from the rest of the group, I arranged a bus with https://yvrskylynx.com/ which was great. They pick you up from your accommodation, which is alot more convenient when dealing with luggage (and kids if you are traveling with them).
When to go
Beginning of April was pretty awesome for most of the 2 weeks I was there. It snowed often and was cold. There was 2-3 days of rain down at the village, however.

Accommodations
I stayed at the Tantalus Lodge with 2 other roommmates, but had my own room. It was sufficient and cost effective. Its a 10 minute walk to the Village.
Guides/schools/rentals
Alltracks is (to my understanding) is 1 of 2 authorized ski schools operating on the mountain. I also heard from one of the founders of Alltracks about a great cat skiing operation called https://snowcats.ca/ that I will have to try at some point.
Tips/Resources
To get to Blackcomb from the Wistler side, there are two primary options we used. Either take a Gondala up from the Wistler side and ski down (either Excaliber or Whistler Village -> Peak to Peak), or take a shuttle bus (probably the fastest to get to the base of Blackcomb).
